Protelindo, an Indonesian telecom infrastructure provider, has automated invoicing processes to eliminate reliance on temporary workers.
Earlier, the company had to hire up to 30 temporary workers at one point to manage invoices for over 54,000 tower tenancies annually, and approximately 56,000 fiber segments every quarter.
The company has reduced invoicing time from one month to one week.
This resulted in quicker payment processes, improving the cash flow.
Protelindo is using the UiPath Platform.
It has also leveraged UiPath Test Suite, a test automation solution, to speed up its SAP S/4HANA migration.
With this solution, Protelindo can test and ensure its programs can operate smoothly after the migration process.
Automated testing covered approximately 400 transactions and reports.
This has resulted in halving the time required for its SAP S/4HANA migration.
Protelindo also launched ProAction in 2024 – an initiative that trains non-IT staff on how to automate repetitive tasks using UiPath StudioX - no coding required.
The two-month initiative, supported by UiPath, included hands-on workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to build confidence in automation across the organisation.
